Accessibility
Benchline Health is committed to making benchlinehealth.com accessible and usable for people with disabilities.
This accessibility statement applies to the Benchline Health corporate Site. Separate brand, patient, provider, pharmacy, laboratory, payment, recruiting, or partner services may have their own accessibility processes and support channels.
Our Commitment
We aim to design, build, and maintain this Site in substantial alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably practicable for the Site's content, technology, and functionality.
This statement describes our accessibility goals and feedback process. It is not a certification, warranty, or admission that every page, third-party tool, document, linked service, or historical artifact is fully conformant at all times.
Our Approach
Accessibility is part of our design, engineering, content, and review process. We work to support:
- keyboard navigation;
- readable text and sufficient color contrast;
- meaningful page structure, headings, landmarks, and labels;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- visible focus states for interactive elements;
- forms and error messages that can be used with assistive tools;
- compatibility with common browsers, screen readers, and assistive technologies where practical; and
- clear reporting paths for accessibility issues.
Known Limitations
Some content, third-party tools, embedded services, documents, archived materials, browser extensions, operating-system settings, or linked websites may not fully conform to our accessibility goals. We do not control all third-party content or services, but we try to choose and configure them with accessibility in mind where practical.
Because web standards, assistive technologies, browsers, and the Site change over time, accessibility review is an ongoing process rather than a one-time guarantee.
Feedback And Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site or need information in another format, contact ops@benchlinehealth.com with the subject line "Accessibility Request".
Please include the page URL, the issue you encountered, the assistive technology or browser you were using if relevant, and the best way to contact you. Do not include medical records, diagnosis details, prescription information, insurance information, payment-card information, or patient-support requests in an accessibility message to this corporate Site.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days where practical and to review reported barriers in good faith.
Ongoing Review
We expect to review and improve Site accessibility over time as the Site changes, standards evolve, and users report issues. Accessibility feedback about a separate patient-facing, payment, provider, pharmacy, laboratory, recruiting, or partner service should be directed through that service's support channel.
