Veradene is a consumer brand operated by Benchline Health, Inc.. It is not a separate legal entity. Benchline provides the non-clinical operating layer behind the brand, including brand operations, technology, evidence governance, and partner coordination.
Licensed clinicians and their medical groups retain independent professional judgment and responsibility for clinical care. Qualified pharmacies are responsible for dispensing where a prescription is issued. Benchline does not practice medicine or dispense prescription medication.
